Cleared.live is a rights clearance coordination platform operated by Bliss Tech LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what personal information we collect from submitters, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit a rights clearance request, we collect:

• Contact information: name, email address, phone number, company name
• Project information: project title, artist name, event details, setlist, label, publisher, territory, intended use
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps (via server logs)

We do not collect payment card information directly. Invoicing is handled separately.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process and manage your rights clearance submission
• To communicate with you about your submission status
• To share relevant project details with the platform's Business Affairs team for clearance processing
• To generate clearance agreements and outreach communications on your behalf
• To maintain records required for chain of title documentation

4. Who We Share Your Information With

• The platform's BA team (e.g., Netflix, Amazon) whose portal you submitted through — they are the primary recipient of your submission data
• Rights holders and third parties contacted as part of the clearance process (only project-relevant details)
• Service providers including email delivery (Resend), cloud hosting (Render), and AI drafting (Anthropic) — each bound by their own data processing agreements

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

5. Data Retention

Submission data is retained for a minimum of 7 years to support chain of title documentation requirements. You may request deletion of non-essential contact data by emailing us, subject to our legal retention obligations.

6. Your Rights (CCPA / GDPR)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of any future marketing communications

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
